The Skating Dynamics Difference

  • Technique Driven
  • Personal Attention
  • Hands On Instruction
  • Direct and Immediate Feedback
  • No Fillers
  • Professional Training at an Affordable Price

Skating Dynamics is dedicated to teaching proper hockey technique as it applies to skating, stickhandling, passing, shooting, scoring, checking, and position specific training for forwards and defensemen.  We offer 5 Day Power Skating and Stickhandling camps to Mites and Squirts, 5 Day Power Skating and Hand Skills camps to Squirts, PeeWee, Bantam and Older players, 2 Day Power Skating Camps, 2 Day Scoring and Hand Skills Camps, 2 Day Defensive and Checking Camps. During the hockey season we offer Short Time Training programs and In-Season Skill Sessions for hockey associations and teams where we work with organizations to design customized skill development programs.

Skating Dynamics separates itself from other hockey schools by focusing on proper technique, providing personal attention, hands on instruction, and direct and immediate feedback to all participants. Our instructional time does not include “fillers,” like scrimmages, the use of resistance devices, conditioning sessions and off ice games as they do not have significant impact within the confines of a one-week program. Skating Dynamics provides professional training at an affordable price.

Our programs are extremely detailed with every minute of the day accounted for and dedicated towards individual skill development.  Participants are divided into groups of similar age and skill level and are assigned a group instructor for the duration of the program.  An eight to one or better student to instructor ratio is provided for both our Summer Power Skating and Stickhandling sessions and our Summer Power Skating and Hand Skills sessions while a 5 to one or better student to instructor ratio is provided for our 2 Day Power Skating, 2 Day Scoring and Hand Skills and 2 Day Defensive/Checking Camps.  A head instructor leads the class providing verbal and visual instruction, while the group instructors breakdown the details specific to each skill.  Our instructors skate with each player as the skills are executed, stopping and correcting any problems students may encounter.  The organization of our program along with our positive teaching style ensures that each player receives a tremendous amount of personal attention and develops a true understanding of how, when, where and why theses skills work and will result in them achieving their goals of becoming a more complete and confident hockey player.

Our goal is to have players improve their individual skill level and have fun while doing it.  If you want to enhance your skill level and compete to your athletic potential, there is no better program then Skating Dynamics.  It’s the best investment you can make as a hockey player!
